Your Menopause Journey is Personal—So is My Approach
I know firsthand how overwhelming the menopause transition can be. When I began experiencing perimenopause (being completely unaware of it, as almost all women are when it begins!), I found myself struggling to make sense of the changes happening in my body. I became incredibly irritable and angry for no reason. My sleep was appalling, and my weight skyrocketed! I couldn’t exercise in the same way as before as I was exhausted, plus I was in constant pain in my joints and muscles. One of the scariest symptoms for me was also the spontaneous bouts of Memory Loss! I was so scared and embarrassed that it might have been the early signs of Dementia, that I didn’t share this with anyone else!
I am NOT unique in my experience of Perimenopause and there are many more symptoms not mentioned here! Latest reports from medical researchers, say they have identified over 80 symptoms so far, which can be associated to Peri, Meno and PostMenopause. Many of these are wrongly dismissed or attributed to general midlife events ie work stress, caring for family members, relationship issues, dealing with teenagers, health issues etc.

With over two decades of experience in rehabilitation, acupuncture, and health coaching, I was no stranger to helping others. But menopause was different—it required a new level of understanding.
After completing extensive study and earning my certification as a Menopause Coaching Specialist, I knew I wanted to shift my focus to helping women manage these life changes. My work is grounded in the latest scientific research, and I’ve dedicated my career to offering women the support I wished I had during my own journey.
